6. Locality of the Authority
7. Date of Issue
8. Driving Licence Number
9. Signature of Maltese Commissioner of Police
10. Signature of Driving Licence Holder
11. Photo of the Driving Licence Holder
Part 2 – Yearly licence details. Driving licence expires always until the end of the year 31/12/YYYY
12. Date of Renewed Licence
13. Group Number (for every group a different Receipt is issued)

Part 3 – Category of vehicles to their equivalence from 19/01/2013
