9. Signature of Maltese Commissioner of Police

11. Photo of the Driving Licence Holder

Part 2 – Yearly licence details. Driving licence expires always until the end of the year 31/12/YYYY

12. Date of Renewed Licence

13. Group Number (for every group a different Receipt is issued)

14. Receipt Number

15. Name of Driving Licence Holder

Part 3 – Category of vehicles to their equivalence from 19/01/2013

Group 1 → B, B1, BE, C1 & CE

Group 2 → A, A2, A1, AM
