Description: Roadworthiness certificate (RWC) The roadworthiness certificate is printed on white paper in black ink or in a testing network’s own colours. If there is more than one page, the certificate identification number is on every page. The proof of test stamp and windscreen sticker are printed with the roadworthiness certificate. After these are printed, they should immediately be detached from the certificate to be stuck on the vehicle registration certificate and windscreen or be made unusable .

(4) Odometer reading at the time of the test, if available

(6) Identified deficiencies and their level of severity

(8) Date of the next roadworthiness test or date of expiry of the current certificate, if this information is not provided by other means
(9) Name of testing organisation or centre and signature or identification of the inspector responsible for the test
