Safe urban mobility: new Topic Guide on Micromobility and collision matrix in urban areas

In the context of the Package for Efficient and Green Mobility published today by the European Commission today, and specifically against the background of the New EU urban mobility framework, the Commission is publishing today an infographic setting out the “collision matrix” in urban areas. This infographic shows road traffic fatalities by road user and the other main vehicle involved in the crash. 

Also published today is the Civitas Elevate Topic Guide on the Safe Use of Micromobility Devices. This Topic Guide sets out a series of recommendations that should help encourage the safe use of micromobility. They are geared at city authorities and urban planners, many of whom are looking for safe ways to integrate this new form of mobility into the urban landscape.
