Before 08/10/2004: The registration certificate is delivered as a single document. Registration documents issued before 08/10/2004, prior to the incorporation of Directive 1999/37/EC into Greek law, are still used by owners of vehicles. After 08/10/2004: Vehicle registration documents are issued by the competent Transport and Communication Service. The registration certificate is delivered as a single document. Between 2011 and 2013: These vehicle registration documents were issued by the competent service in June 2011 and July 2013 due to temporary shortages of the standard vehicle registration certificate form.
