Workshop on road user distraction risks
The workshop was organised as part of the ongoing study on road user distraction risks and ways to avoid risks linked to potentially distracting technical devices. The study is undertaken by a consortium with TRL, TNO and RappTrans.
Almost 30 experts – mainly industry representatives, policy makers, researchers and representatives of interest organisations – discussed the preliminary results presented by the study team.
The study report is expected by end of 2015 and will be published on the Commission website.
